| 摘 要： | 软式排球是新兴的体育项目，它具有场地随意、规则多变、伤害事故少、趣味性高、老少皆宜的特点。它非常适合高校女生的生理、心理特点，经试点后深受高校女生喜爱。从事此项活动既能增强高校女生体质，又能为我国排球运动培养大批后备力量和热情观众，应在高校女生体育教学中大力推广和普及这项活动。

| Abstract: | The soft-vollege-ball is a kind of nwely developing event. It characterized with any field, various rules; less injury; full of interest and suitabe to the olders the youngers. Because of non-inflation, so the ball is also characterized with less heaviness, soft, lower speed, easier to learn, prick-resisting, press-resisting, wear-resisting, durable, etc. It suits to the psychological character; sties of the femal students, so they like it very much, therefore it is benefit to the volley-ball events of the country and should be spreaded at colleges and universities. |
