| 摘 要： | 终身体育是中国体育的发展方向,是一项全民参与的社会活动。终身体育使人受益终身,对体育强烈的兴趣促使人们去积极参与,学校体育是终身体育的基础,终身体育要放眼未来,但对体育兴趣的培养却应着眼于基础——学校体育教学。
