| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法,文献资料调研,数理统计法对西安市五所重点高校大学生体育锻炼情况进行调查,分析影响大学生参加体育锻炼的因素。结果表明:男生62%能经常参加体育锻炼,而女生71%偶尔才去锻炼,性别差异非常显著。制约学生进行体育锻炼的主要因素为:场地少、器材少、缺乏指导、学生对健身意识模糊及终身体育观念尚未形成等。针对原因,进一步对高校体育改革,弘扬健康观念,促进更多大学生从事体育锻炼活动提出建议和对策。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the questionnaire,the literature,the mathematical statistics method of average carries on the investigation to the student's physical training situation of Xi'an five key university,it is analysised that the factor which affects the university student to participate in the physical training.The result indicated that,the male student 62% can participate in the physical training frequently,but the female student 71% occasionally only then exercises,the sex difference is extremely remarkable.the primary factor which restricts the student to carry on the physical training is: The few location,the few equipment,the instruction lacks,the student fuzzy and the lifelong physical culture idea not yet forms on the fitness consciousness.In view of the reason,the proposal and the countermeasure is put forward on the university sports further reform,brings honor to the healthy idea,promotion more university students engaging in physical training. |
