| 摘 要： | 大学生身心的日渐成熟以及学习、生活和思维方式的显著变化对大学生体育运动的意识和行为产生着深刻的影响。全面而准确地把握当代大学生体育运动特征,对有效实现科学健康、个性发展的高校体育教育目标,推进高校体育教育改革具有重要意义。当代大学生体育运动的意识和行为呈现出鲜明的阶段特征。大学生的运动认知趋于人文理性,运动素质出现发展的高峰期,但运动能力走低,运动行为女生较男生表现为热情高而行动少,社会对角色的期待影响运动项目的选择,运动审美感受则表现为浪漫、易变、强烈和独特。

| Abstract: | College student's mind and body tend to mature, the method variety of study, life and thought influencing the student's consciousness and behavior in their sports exercise. Holding the college student's characteristic completely and accurately in their exercise is very important to realize the goal of college physical education and push forward the physical education reform. The consciousness and behavior of the contemporary college student in the athletics sports present a clear stage characteristic. Their sport perception becoming more reasonable than ever, the sports quality appear the development's high peak period, but exercising ability lower, the exercising behavior girl than boy expressing more enthusiasm but little acting, the selection of exercising item is influenced by the social role expect, the feeling of exercise to appreciate beauty is romantic, inconstancy, mightiness and special. |
