| 摘 要： | 发球的成败主要取决于个人对发球技术的掌握熟练程度和临场比赛时心理状态的稳定程度。本文在分析影响运动员发球的心理因素时,通过有效合理的心理训练,以提高运动员发球时的心理自控能力,使发球的威力和成功率得到提高。

| Abstract: | Whether it will be successful or not in serving a ball depends on the player's skillful standard of technique and the steadly state of mind during the match. While analysing the psycholoical elements affecting of players to serve a ball.it is possible to improve the service power and success rate through effec-tion and resonable psychological training to players and increasing the ability of their psychological selfcon-trolling. |
