| 摘 要： | 自从1895年美国人威廉·摩根发明排球运动至今,排球竞赛规则不断发展和完善,使其从娱乐形式转变为正式的竞技体育项目。排球技战术也由简到繁,运动水平由低到高,参加人数由少到多,目前,排球已发展成为世界性的运动项目。1994年9月,国际排联在希腊雅典对排球比赛规则作了重大修改,并决定于1995年1月1日起正式实施。修改后的比赛规则将对排球运动的发展产生深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The volleyball rules for match have been developing from good to perfect since American William Morgan invented this sport item in 1895. Then it changes the entertainment form into a normal P. E. tournament game. In September 1994,the International Volleyball Federation made a great revision on volleyball in Athens, Greek. Meanwhile, it was claimed that the decision will be put into reality on January 1st ,1995. The revision of the match rules will make greater progress in volleyball development. |
