| 摘 要： | 2001年颁布实施的新大纲将终身体育列入了学校体育的教学任务与目标,这是对学校体育认识的一次飞跃。但在对新大纲进行分析研究和对学校体育观察以及参阅相关学校体育文章,得出的结论是:现在学校体育对运动技能的重视程度在迅速下降。文章通过论证运动技能与终身体育的内在关联作用,说明新大纲对运动技能的弱化处理对终身体育目标完成的负面影响,指出新大纲在确定终身体育目标与完成目标手段万面的考虑欠妥之处,希望引起相关政策制定者和广大体育教师的重视。

| Abstract: | The new outline of physical education and health, which was issued and carried on in the year 2001 , indicates that the physical education in one's life is also belong to the teaching task and aim at school in physical education. That is a great progression in physical education at school. Hut, when you analyze the new outline,study on the school in physical education and read some references about school physical education, you will get to know that the sports skill is paid less attention to. The article reasons the internal connection between sports skills and the physical education in one's life. It also shows that the new out line deals with the sports skill less important than completing the aim and task of lifelong physical education. There are some problems in making a determination and how to complete it. |
