摘    要:简化太极拳操是在简化24式太极拳的基础上,结合我国传统养生术,融入八卦掌扣步、孙式太极拳的跟步和退步等,把简化太极拳编排成操的形式进行练习。通过对简化太极拳操运动强度与规律的测试分析,找出适合群体,符合全民健身活动标准,为全民健身运动提供锻炼新方法和科学理论依据。

Abstract:Simplified Taiji gymnastics is a combination of traditional Chinese life preservation, Bagua boxing, and Sun Style Taiji Boxing on the basis of 24 postures of simplified Taiji Boxing. The writer of this paper has, after a survey and analysis of the motility and rules of simplified Taiji gymnastics, defined the group of people for whom this gymnastics fits. This paper also holds that simplified Taiji gymnastics complies with the standards for fit - keeping, and provides a new practice as well as theoretical basis.
