| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对华南理工大学、澳门理工学院等16所院校的482名学生进行研究,发现影响大学生身心健康的社会因素包括文化、社会生活、商业导向等。面对日益严重的大学生身心健康问题,提出了体育要渗透体育的文化价值观教育,体育要挖掘体育的社会交往价值,体育要重视体育的教育功能,以及发挥体育的时间消耗作用等体育对策。 |

| Abstract: | Through the method of literature and questionnaire,this paper made a research on 482 university students from 16 universities and institutes,such as South China University of Technology,Macao Polytechnic Institute,etc.,discovering that the social factors affecting the university students' physical and psychological health include culture,social life and commercial guidance and so on.Facing such increasingly serious physical and psychological problems,this paper proposes some physical education and sports countermeasures that physical education should embody its cultural values,physical education should excavate its value of social contact,physical education should lay and place emphasis on its educational function and sports should play the role of time consumption. |
