| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量文献资料，对中西方体育文化进行了比较分析，发现中西方体育文化在理论基础、价值取向、功能结构上存在很大的差异。西方体育文化偏重“竞争”，而中国体育文化注重“天人合一”和“人与自然的和谐发展”，中国体育文化的这些特点符合当代人的价值取向及追求休闲体育的愿望，在未来的发展中具有很大的潜力。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of comparative analysis of differences between eastern sports culture and western sports culture, the thesis points out that Chinese sports culture focuses on such ideas as, "nature and self as one" and "the harmonious development of man and nature". Owing to these characteristics, Chinese traditional sports cater for the value orientation of today's people and their wish for leisure sports. Therefore, Chinese traditional sports have great potential in the future development. |
