| 摘 要： | 利用文献法、实验法、问卷调查法等就体育俱乐部教学模式对大学生体质的影响进行研究。研究结果表明：对照组实验后男女生的身体素质各项指标的值同实验前比较均有变化,女生800m成绩有一定程度的下降;实验组实验后男女生的身体素质各项指标同实验前比较均有变化,且大部分指标的变化具有非常显著性,说明体育俱乐部教学模式促进了大学生体质的提高。

| Abstract: | The impact of athletic club teaching pattern over college student body constitution carries out document law , experiment law , questionnaire investigation law the main body of a book is made use of etc. right away studying. The result studying is indicated ： The value and experiment contrasting the various index of unprocessed physical constitution of experiment queen men and women of group have changes comparatively equally in the front , without exception no notable change （ P 〉 0.05 ）, moreover 800 of the girl student m achievement go down having certain degree but; The experimental group has changes comparatively equally before various index of unprocessed experiment queen men and women physical constitution value and experiment, change have notable （ P 〈0. 05）, and most index change equally having extraordinary notable （P 〈 0.01 ）.
