论健美操教学对学生审美能力的培养

摘    要:健美操是体育与艺术高度结合的产物,是一项具有较高审美价值和锻炼价值的运动项目。章阐述了高校开展健美操教学对女大学生审美能力培养的促进作用以及提高学生审美能力的有效途径。指出在健美操教学中结合美学知识的教育,培养学生的审美参与意识,提高学生的审美能力,从而树立科学的审美观,对于学生认识自然界、社会生活和艺术中的美都有重要的意义。

Abstract:Callisthenics, an inseparable unity of sports and art, is one of the sports activities with higher value of aesthetics and exercise. The author expounds the effects of the teaching of the callisthenics on training students' aesthetic capacity and the effective measures to develop this capacity. Combining with aesthetic education, the teaching of callisthenics and training of the students' aesthetic perception will help to enhance their aesthetic capacity and establish their scientific aesthetic standards. All these are significant for students to understand the beauty existing in nature, society and art.
