| 摘 要： | 当时代步伐跨进21世纪后,人们随着生活节奏的加快,迫切需要提高自身的身体素质,终身体育的地位也逐渐显露出来.体育锻炼已不再是学校体育的专利,而是贯穿于人一生的需要.但由于终身体育在我国还处在起步阶段,人们对终身体育缺乏足够的认识,需要学校体育为终身体育打基础,并做好衔接工作.

| Abstract: | After time pace coming into 21 century,and with the speed of living rhythem,the position of lifelong P. E. appeared gradually. Physical exercise is no longer the patent of school P. E. ,but the need through out people's life. Then the life long is in the starting stage,people have lack of knowledge so need the school P. E. making fundation for lifelong P. E. and doing good at the join-ment. |
