| 摘 要： | 采用访问调查、问卷调查、逻辑分析和数理统计等研究方法，对山西省各地市体校50名田径教练员目前的年龄结构、运动经历、知识结构、培训情况、信息来源途径、体育科研以及训练的科学化程度进行调查与研究，结果表明：山西省各地市体校田径教练员队伍总体水平处于全国中等偏下。在此基础上提出了相应的发展对策，为提高山西省青少年田径运动教练员的自身素质，进一步促进山西省田径运动的迅速发展提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | By interviewing 50 physical Education school coaches from the different cities in ShanXi province questionaries and statics, We conclude that there exist a lot of problems in coaches sport experiences, training conditions knowledge structures, information resources PE scientific research and train. They influence ShanXi youngsters track and reserve talented persons foster. It is quite impertant to improve the youngsters track and field coaches qualities. |
