| 摘 要： | 艺术表现能力不足，是艺术体操运动员艺术价值分呈弱势的根本原因，围绕提高运动员音乐知识素养，内心音乐听觉能力的培养，对增强运动员深刻理解音乐内蕴的问题进行探讨，以求得音乐与艺术体操完美的融合及艺术表现能力的提高。

| Abstract: | The most important factor contributiht to the inadequate value of artistic gymnasts is their lack of ability to present the arts they represents. This article focuses on how to improve gymnasts' regular accomplishment of music and upgrade their internal ability to receive and understand music. It aims at the integration of music and arts and gymnasts' adequate ability to present their arts. |
