| 摘 要： | 为探讨国际对抗赛对国家散手集训队运动员机能状态的影响,以便对赛前集训进行监测与评定。利用98上海举行的中欧散手对抗赛,对中方运动员的心率、血乳酸、血尿素进行了测试分析,以了解运动员机能变化情况,从而为国家集训队的科学化训练提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In order to study the influence of the international competition upon the function state of national Sanshou players, and to supervise and evaluate the training before competition. We took advantage of the Sino-Europe Sanshou opposing competition, which was held in Shanghai in 1998, to test HR BLA and BU before and after the competition, and analyse the variance, so we could obtain the variation of function of althletes, and give some advice on instructing the team scientifically. |
