| 摘 要： | 利用物理力学原理阐述了“寸拳”的技术原理，分析了“寸拳”正确的技术姿势，技术意念、呼吸和动作的配合以及怎样掌握出拳的时机和距离，提出了教学实践中“寸拳”技术训练中应注意的有关事项。
