| 摘 要： | 通过阐述弗·培根的＂假相学说＂,发现这些假相不同程度地存在于体育学者当中,进而影响了人们对体育的认识和理解。建议人们在认识和理解体育过程中应当做到以下四点：（1）从客观事实出发,避免歪曲事物性质;（2）跳出＂洞穴＂,培养真科研态度;（3）普及基础理论,夯实基础知识;（4）自我批判与他者批判相结合。

| Abstract: | Through discussing Francis Bacon＇s ＂Doctrine of the Idols＂, the paper finds that these idols exist in sports scholars in different degrees and in turn affect people＇s cognition and understanding of sports. It suggests that people shall follow four points in recognizing and understanding sports ： （ 1 ） to start from the objective facts and avoid distorting the nature of things; （2）to jump out of the cave and cultivate true scientific attitude; （3）to popularize basic theory and strengthen basic knowledge; （4）to combine criticism and self-criticism. |
