| 摘 要： | 为了培养大学生终身健身思想、促进健身行为,湖南师范大学体育学院进行开设中医养生学课程的尝试.采用问卷调查反馈,资料统计及逻辑分析法研究表明:大学生健身意识强烈、观念正确,对安排养生学课程学习态度积极,对养生学的价值及其学习的必要性一致肯定;开设中医养生学课程后大学生的健身意识强化,养生健身需求和兴趣提高,思维方式优化,增加了健身的知识、手段和方法,从而形成良好行为生活习惯和促进养生健身行为;中医体质辨证养生方法使学习者能针对自己的体质高效健身,由中医特色理论方法的渗透,实现健身素质的提高,将使学习者终生受益.

| Abstract: | Purpose of offering Chinese Traditional Health protection course in Physical Education School of Hunan normal university is Train the students'idea of perfecting their mind and body in all theirs life. Base on investigation and analysis of reaction to the course from the students,The result show that the students' have strong and correct idea of perfecting their mind and body,they arc positive attitude towards offered the course and affirm the significance of studding the course. Dialectical method of traditional Chinese medicine enables to every student keeping in good health in accordance with their special body characteristics. To enhance the caring health quality of the studetn through special theory and method of traditional Chinese medicine, the students will benefit from this all theirs life. |
