| 摘 要： | 通过对山西省基层体育组织现状的调查,探究其建设发展之路,理顺组织管理体制,为体育行政部门决策提供理论依据,促进山西省基层体育组织朝着有序、规范的方向发展。为社会体育发展提供组织保障,为进一步深化全民健身计划,树立健康的生活方式,提高居民生活质量,构建和谐小康社会起着十分重要的作用。
