| 摘 要： | 有效体育教学是在新课程实施下产生的一种教学行为。从体育教学实践来看，随着教学理念的不断深入，研究中学体育教学特征和影响因素仍是一个焦点问题。通过对中学有效体育教学的相关概念进行研究与界定，指出中学体育有效教学的特征：即充分的教学准备、科学的教学方法、明确的教学目标、合理的体育课密度以及和谐的课堂气氛。

| Abstract: | Physical education teaching is the effective implementation of the new curriculum under a teaching behavior.
