| 摘 要： | 通过观看中国女排世界大赛的直播和录像,采用对比分析、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对制约新一届中国女排竞技水平的非技术因素进行了研究。结果表明,当前制约中国女排竞技水平的非技术因素有：队伍的组建时间短、磨合少;新老交替,队伍的年龄结构不够合理;球队缺乏核心球员;对对手缺乏足够的了解;比赛心理不稳定;拼劲不足,缺乏＂女排精神＂。针对影响中国女排竞技水平的非技术因素,提出发展的对策及措施。
