短跑专项力量训练方法研究

摘    要:短跑专项力量是短跑速度的基础,短跑专项力量训练应以力量训练原则为指导,以短跑技术为核心,兼顾短跑各项目特点,选取适宜的练习方法,短跑中项目不同,段落不同,专项力量训练的侧重点有所不同,现代短跑技术发展的特点是伸髋和摆动式积极落地技术,以髋为轴的高速摆动力量和膝,踝关节的退让与超等长收缩力量越来越受到重视。

Abstract:The specific strength of sprint is the basis of the speed, the technique of sprint is the core of strongth training .On the same time The characteristic of item should be considered. Then select the proper r training way. Nowdavs. spnnt is know as the high -speed swings around the hip-translation We should pay more attention to the high-speed swing strength of having the hip as the axle contracting strength of withdrawing and superior equal-length.
