| 摘 要： | 对我国近年的竞技体育的纠纷进行分析，认为我国竞技体育纠纷得不到很好的解决主要是因为：（一）竞技体育行业协会自身不足；（二）我国还没有专门的体育仲裁机构；（三）我国法律对体育纠纷的排斥。为我国竞技体育合理发展及08年奥运合理解决体育纠纷提供一些启示。

| Abstract: | Analysed the sports dispute in our country resently, think of the main reasons that we cant well solve the athletics sports dispute are： （ 1 ） the self inadequate of athletics sports association ; （2） There is no special sports institution arbitration in China ; （3） The law rejection of sports dispute in our country. Then we can get some advice for solving the sprats dispute particulary in 2008 Beijing Olypic Game. |
