| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对奥林匹克发展历程和女性的参与历程进行了分析,发现女性在各国妇女解放运动的影响下不断参与奥运会,并促使奥林匹克运动呈现出性别平等化的趋势,而且女性还通过自身的努力在奥运会决策层中占有一席之地,但要真正实现男女平等还需要很长时间的努力。

| Abstract: | According to the documentary data method,we have analyzed the Olympics'development and the participation of women.,and discovered that under the influence of Women's Liberation,women in all countries become more involved in Olympics,and make contribution to showing the trend of gender equality about the Olympics.What's more,women have won a place in Olympic Games'decision-making via their own efforts.But it takes a long time efforts to truely achieve gender equality yet. |
