| 摘 要： | 对我国社区体育管理体制做出简述和评价,联系我国体育社会参与的现实情况,以北京市回龙观社区的社会参与为例,从体育行政部门、社区体育组织、社会中介组织、完善法律法规四个方面,分析了社会参与对社区体育管理的挑战,并提出了应对建议。

| Abstract: | After making the summary and the appraisal about community management system of our country,This article related realistic situation of sports society participation of our country,and taking the social participation of Hui-long-guan community of Beijing city as the example,analyzed the challenge coming from society participation to the community sports management from four aspects:the sports administrative department,the community sports organization,the social intermediary organization,the laws and regulations,then proposed some measures. |
