| 摘 要： | 民俗体育旅游是一种高层次、高品味、高参与、体验性的文化旅游，是旅游产业发展的新趋势。河南节庆中、婚俗中、民间歌舞与游艺活动中的民俗体育活动内容，共同构成河南民俗体育旅游资源的优势，成为满足体验经济时代游客需求的独特资源。探讨河南民俗体育旅游资源的开发对策，可以为河南旅游事业的发展以及经济振兴提供参考。
