| 摘 要： | 在我国体育文化软实力的建设中,可以考虑选择和实施下列发展战略：以体育强国建设目标为引领,制定科学发展战略;以社会主义核心价值观为指导,构建我国体育文化软实力的核心价值体系;积极参与国际交流,促进我国体育文化的国际融合;积极进行我国体育文化创新。

| Abstract: | The soft power of sports culture is composed of the attraction,appeal and cohesion from the sports culture.During the post-Olympic period,to improve and to enhance the soft power of sports culture is important and urgent task for us.The strategy of sports culture development can overall rein and carry forward the development of the soft power of sports culture,as strategic basis and scientific guidance.During the construction,we may think about and carry out these strategies of development as follows： formulating scientific strategy of development guided by the target of constructing strong sports country;Constructing the system of core values of the sports culture guided by the socialism core values;Actively participating in international exchange to promote sports culture＇ international mixture;Actively conducting the sports cultural innovation. |
