| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国社会、经济各项事业的迅速发展，省市帆船队的思想政治工作也不断出现新的问题。因此，有待于用发展的眼光、创新的思维去分析和解决这些问题，以适应新时期省市帆船队发展的客观需要。帆船队思想政治工作必须适应新的社会环境和历史条件，根据不同训练时期的任务和赛前、赛中、赛后的特点及不同对象，积极探讨训练竞赛中思想政治土作的新规律。运动队的思想政治工作要采取切实可行的办法，使省市帆船队在新形势下持续发展，为我国体育事业再创辉煌做出贡献。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society and economy,ideological and political work of provincial .sailing teams has new questions. To adopt the development of provincial sailing teams under the new situation,innovative thought should be used to solve the questions. Ideological and political work of provincial sailing teams should be suited to the new society environment and history and new rules of ideological and political work should be discussed in the training. The methods of ideological and political work of provincial sailing teams should be practical and have the teams to develop continuously and contribute to the physical development. |
