| 摘 要： | 据对我国大中专学生健康状况抽样调查及研究资料发现，处于青春期的学生存在着明显的身心健康问题，这已成为目前学生休、退学的重要原因。为了提高学生的整体素质，对其进行心身健康教育十分重要。通过系统、科学的学习卫生知识和保健技能，对个人的成长．民族的进步，社会的发展都会起到良好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | According to the sample investigations and researches on health Chinese students' adolesence in univercities, secondary and specialized showed obvious psychological and bodily health issues. These issues allready becouse the important causes of students' suspending their schooling or leaving school. It is extremely important to educate students in psychological and bodily health for improving their whole qualities. It will be important to promote national progress,social development and individual growth to study systematically and scientifically hygienic know ledge and techuiques of the health protection. |
