| 摘 要： | 目标设置已成为体育运动心理学的一个重要研究内容,它对提高学生学习的积极性和教学质量,具有十分重要的作用。实验证明:目标设置理论运用于排球发球技术教学中,能够使学生明确练习目的,促进学生在相对较短的时间内规范地掌握发球技术。

| Abstract: | Target location,which has been an key point in physical psychology,play an important role in stimulating the students study and improuing the teaching quality. The essay has proved with the experiment that to apply the Tanget lication Theory to teach skills of serving a ball in volleyball can make students fully aware of the purpose of exercises and can help students mastet the skill of serving a ball in a comparatively shorter period. |
