| 摘 要： | 章采用分层随机抽样法,对陕西省六所不同类型高校的262名男女学生从多角度进行了“体育意识、兴趣、态度”等影响身体素质诸因素的调查。问卷调查表经有关专家论证,再经过各影响素的发生率和多元回归等方法进行了统计分析处理,初步揭示了影响大学生身体素质的主要因素,并提出针对性的改革意见,为普通高校体育教学改革提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | With college teaching reform on PE class,and using the method of random sampling,the authors of this article have conducted a survey of the body quality of 262 male and female students from six different types of colleges and universities, with an emphasis of factors affecting the body quality of students ,such as "PE consciousness,interest and attitude. "The questionnaire has been examined and proved by experts. After the statistical analysis of the frequency of these factors and their pluralistic return,the authors have exposed the major factors affecting the body quality of college students,and at the same time,offers the basis for decision on teaching reform on physical education at colleges and universities. |
