| 摘 要： | 通过对卫校女学生参加体育活动的心理调查,了解了她们对体育课的态度、兴趣及内容上的看法和要求,表明大多数女学生对体育课兴趣虽然一般但动机良好;对体育项目选择有广泛性,同时反映出学生对体育锻炼参与意识差,对体育理论认识较浮浅,经过分析研究得出主要原因是:学生体育知识和科学锻炼手法缺乏,体育课不能使学生有良好的心理生理体验,因此,增强体育教学的科学性是搞好体育课教学的关键问题。

| Abstract: | According to the psychological investigation on the girl students in the Sanitation School on attending physical activities,this article fully reflects their viewpoints and requirements in the atti-tudes, interests and contents of physical education(PE). Thus it states clearly that most students do not possess a strong interest in PE lessons but they cherish a good intention; thev have a wide variety of choices for the items in physical education. However,it reflects theat students have a weak sense of paticipation in physical training and they only have a superficial idea on the theory in PE lessons. The main reason of the analysis and research is the students lack in physical knowledge and scientific-ways of training ;PE lessons can not meet students'require ments psychologically and physically. As aresult strengthening the scientific quality is the key point to promote the physical education. |
