| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法，考察了山东省高校培养武术人才的专业设置、规模及毕业生的就业情况。在此基础上提出人才培养对策：加强武术师资队伍建设；以市场需求为依托，适当控制专业招生规模；弘扬传统文化，发展地方传统武术；采用多种形式培养学生创新能力；加强学生现代化知识、技能的培养。

| Abstract: | By means of literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews and other methods, we have made an investigation on the setting, the range and diversity of wushu in colleges and universities of Shandong province, as well as graduates employment. And put forward the following countermeasures ：Improve the quality of wushu teachers; control the size of enrollment based on the social demand; develop local traditional wushu so as to Carry forward the traditional culture; adopt various styles to train students＇ innovation capability and entrepreneurial capacity; strengthen students＇ modernization of knowledge and skills training. |
