| 摘 要： | 素质教育的核心是使受教育者的身心得到全面发展,爱好、特长得到培养;潜力潜能得到充分而有效的挖掘,要求老师既要抓整体又要抓个体,既要抓一般又要抓特殊,这比应试教育的整齐划一、统一模式要难得多。文章从构成教师素质内涵的教育观念和业务能力两方面论述了素质教育成功的关键是提高教师素质。

| Abstract: | The goal of quality - oriented education is to develop the educated mentally and physically, to train their interest and speciality, and to exploit their potentialities. So teachers are required to pay great attention to both the whole and the individual,from the particular to the generl,which is much more difficult than the single -standard examination-oriented education. The following are discussed in education concept and professional ability,which shows that the key to the success of quality education is to improve teacher's quality. |
