神经肌肉易化拉伸法在柔韧素质训练中的应用——以400米跑运动员为例

摘    要:采用实验对比法、数理统计法和文献资料法,在400m跑训练中运用“神经肌肉易化拉伸”的方法进行实验研究,分析不同柔韧性拉伸方法对400m跑运动员训练效果的影响。结果表明:采用神经肌肉易化拉伸的方法与手段在短跑训练中增大步幅并可减少运动员的受伤概率。

Abstract:PNF is a kind of method for promoting neuromuscular rehabilitation exercise therapy. In recent years, athletes and coaches pay attention on PNF, iIn the training are mainly used to improve the body flexibil- ity. In this paper, the experimental comparison, the mathematical statistic law and the literature material law, during the 400m training in the use of " neuromuscular facilitation stretching" methods for experimental re- search, analysis of different flexibility stretching method on 400m athletes in training effect. The results show that : the use of neuromuscular facilitation stretching method and means in the dash training can reduce the injury rate and increase the pace of athletes.
