山西省中小学体育教师工作满意度调查

摘    要:通过对山西省中小学体育教师工作满意度及其激励机制进行调查,结果表明:山西省中小学体育教师工作满意度处于中等偏下水平。在各个构成因素上,福利待遇的满意度水平相对较低,教学人际交往满意度相对较高,管理与培训、工作环境、薪资报酬、沟通及合作处于中等满意度水平。

Abstract:Based on research theory and achievements of behavioral science and managing psychology concerning about satisfaction on accomplishment In the study. The PE teacher in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province is reserched deeply about job satisfaction and incentive mechanism. The results as follows: The satisfaction of PE teachers is a lower-middle-level, which in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province at the work of, in all elements, benefits of the satisfaction is low relatively, teaching interpersonal of the satisfaction is high relatively, the management and training, the working environment, pay compensation, communication and satisfaction with the level of cooperation is in the middle.
