| 摘 要： | 心理健康是现代健康观的重要组成部分，也是二十一世纪健康教育的主题。在全面推进素质教育的过程中，加强大学生的心理健康教育已成为高校体育教育改革的重要任务。本采用献资料研究法论述了大学生心理健康的现状以及体育对促进大学生心理健康的重要作用，并对体育促进大学生心理健康的途径和方法作了具体阐述。

| Abstract: | Psychological health is an important part of the modern health viewpoint and it's the topic of the health education .Strengthening the psychological health of undergraduate has already become the significant mission in physical education reform which has happened at high schools.The article will discuss the actualities and the functions which physical education effects on psychological health with literature data research method .At the same time ,the article will expatiate on the approach and method which promote the mental health of undergraduate. |
