| 摘 要： | 体育游戏是以娱乐为主,在一定规则约束下,通过身体锻炼的方式进行的一种体育娱乐活动。体育游戏作为一种体育教学手段,它的定义是指以体育动作为基本内容,以游戏为形式,以增强学生体质为主要目的的特殊体育活动。在体育教学中合理组织运用体育游戏能起到积极的作用,有利于提高教学质量,完成教学任务。
