| Abstract: | The paper stresses the importance of lifelong physical education and the far-reaching significance of forming a conception of 'lifelong physical education' for college students. The author puts forward the following strategies to remove the perplexity facing the most undergraduates: helping students master PE basic knowledge, enhancing the motive of lifelong PE, providing students with scientific methods of exercising, etc. |
