| 摘 要： | 经济金融全球化以及日益激烈的金融市场竞争,为现代商业银行风险管理提出了更高的要求。我国商业银行要加快培育先进的全员风险管理文化,完善风险管理制度,研究开发内部评级系统,建立全面的风险管理体系,逐步实现信用风险、市场风险与操作风险并举,信贷资产与非信贷资产并举,组织流程再造与技术手段创新并举的全面风险管理模式。
