摘    要:如果我们要在非惯性参考系里应用牛顿定律解决力学问题,必须附加一个虚拟的力———惯性力应用功能原理就要附加惯性力做功这一项,机械能守恒守律必须附加等效引力势能这一项,方可应用.

Abstract:If we want to use the Newton's law to solve the problem on mechanics in uninertia force reference system, we should add an invented force, that is an inertia force as an item that can apply the principle of function to add an inertia force working, and also as another item that can apply the conversation law of mechanical energy to add equivalent potential energy of gravitation.
