| Abstract: | The humanistic quality of college teachers directly impacts on the colleges and universities to promote the process and results of the quality education.In this article,we briefly analyze the meaning of the humanitic quality,and the actuality of the humanitic quality of college teachers.Finally,we propose our suggestions about training humanitic quality. |
