摘    要:通过hoagland溶液培养实验,研究小麦在Pb、Cr、Cd三种重金属单一及其复合胁迫下,植物叶组织超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化。结果表明,Pb、Cr、Cd的单一胁迫总体上使SOD、POD和CAT活性增加,复合胁迫使SOD和VAT活性降低,POD活性增加。但也有例外,如Cd的单一胁迫降低了POD的活性,而复合胁迫则使POD的活性升高。

Abstract:By the experiment with hoagland solution, the author studies the activity change of wheat leaf texture with superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) under the single and composite stress of plumbum (Pb), chromium (Cr) and cadmium (Cd) as three elements of heavy metal. The result indicates that the activity of SOD, POD and CAT can increase, and as a whole the activity of Pb, Cr, and Cd can decrease. Except for that, the single stress of Cd can decrease the activation of POD and the composite stress of Pb,Cr and Cd can increase the activation of POD.
