| 摘 要： | 村级公共权力是农村基层民主政治系统中的核心要素,农村基层民主政治与乡村治理都是围绕着村级公共权力展开。在村民自治背景下,村级公共权力被赋予了富有时代特征的基本内涵,随着农村社会分化情形的不断加深,进入农村基层民主政治生活中的政治主体出现分化,村级公共权力的合法性表现出了前所未有的复杂性。这些现象与当前村民自治中存在的诸多问题相关联,既反映出农村基层民主政治发展的时代性,也能够为分析村民自治中出现的种种问题提供思路。
