| 摘 要： | 党与人大的政治法律关系是:党领导人大,人大接受党的领导;人大监督党,党接受人大的监督。但在理论和实践中,我们往往片面强调党领导人大,人大接受党的领导,而对人大监督党,党接受人大的监督认识不清、重视不够。科学分析人大对党的法律监督进行法理性、必要性、可行性以及操作性,以期增强党接受人大法律监督的自觉性、主动性。
