| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代中国人被推上了基督教大学的领导岗位。在前途既不易推测,也无所依凭的情况下,各基督教大学华人校长结合自身成长经历、所在学校等,形成了各具特色的办学思想及实践。但又因他们所处环境的特殊性、时代背景的影响,他们又有着一个共同的奋斗目标,那就是创办中国的基督教大学。正因为如此,他们推动了基督教大学的中国化发展,为西方教育模式的本土化发展、为中国近代高等教育的发展作出了重要贡献。
