| Abstract: | The Confucianist cuture is very broad and profound as the main body of Chinese traditional crture, and deep accumulation of our national culture. It has been affecting each chinese's mind and behavior deeply. This article, from management angle of view, carries on the research and discussion to the confucianist human-oriented management thought and the contemporary human-orientd management. The author tries to provide historical resources for the contemporary China's management through integrating confucianist culture management thoughts. |
