| 摘 要： | 政治哲学很少专门探究政治的本质问题,而仅有的探讨也从未真正揭露出其固有的本质。政治行为作为社会行为的独特类型应始终维护和遵循互助与平等的原则,政治的本质并非敌友划分和斗争,而是划分和消除社会差别,政治的最高理想就是创造一个充分体现互助与平等原则的无差别社会。政治介入社会生活必须遵循三项基本原则:自然演进原则、底线干预原则和多元合作原则。政治本质上是高尚的,而非黑暗和丑恶的。政治的基本原则是明确可循的,而不是实践摸索得来的。
