| 摘 要： | 英语和汉语都有丰富的谚语。英汉谚语分别体现了英汉民族对客观世界的认知和态度,记述了英汉两个民族的社会、历史和文化的发展过程。运用隐语理论分析英汉谚语,我们可以发现它们之间既存在共性,也存在着个性。

| Abstract: | English and Chinese languages are rich in proverbs.The proverb discovers the cognition and attitude to the physical world and records the society,history and culture of the users.The paper underlines the contrastive analysis of the commonalities and differences English and Chinese proverbs to explore the cultural importance in proverb creation and the cognitive features of Chinese and English nationalities. |
